When commenting on the Energy Nation discussion board, users are encouraged to utilize the feature to share their thoughts, questions, and opinions. While we welcome constructive dialogue, comments that do not adhere to the following guidelines will not be accepted:

• Please be sure your comment is relevant to the content on which you are commenting. If you would like to communicate something to Energy Nation that does not pertain to the existing conversation or content, you can contact us here.

• Personal attacks, harassment, or demonization of a particular individual, public official, or organization are not tolerated. Postings that are libelous, defamatory, false, abusive, threatening, harassing, obscene, pornographic, violent, inflammatory, or disruptive will be taken down.

• Foul language, remarks unconstructively argumentative and comments otherwise deemed inappropriate are not allowed. Comments should contribute to the dialogue and be respectful of Energy Nation, API, its member companies, and other commenters.

• User-submitted comments represent the thoughts and opinions of the individual publishing the comment and do not necessarily reflect the opinion of or endorsement by Energy Nation. However, if a comment does not adhere to this comment policy or the above terms and conditions of the site, Energy Nation reserves the right to remove the comment without prior notice and/or withdraw the individual’s access to the web property.

In particular, please note that API represents more than 470 member companies involved in all aspects of the oil and natural gas industry and is subject to federal and state antitrust laws. Energy Nation may edit, remove, or refuse to add any content on this site if it conflicts with or has the potential to be misconstrued as conflicting with API’s antitrust policies and principles.
